KRY has concluded its 7th General Assembly in Kirat Nagar Dharan from Kattik 21-23, 066 (Nov. 7-9, 09). The event started with about 30,000 peoples' march-pass of Dharan bazar with slogans and Jhankis. Leaders of Rai community addressed the august gathering at Public High School ground. KRY Central Committee full meeting (Purna Baithak) concluded in Kathmandu on 29-30the Jestha, 066. The meeting decided the following points. 1) KRY 23rd Establishment Day (Sthapana Diwas) will be organised on 21-22 Srawan (Aug 5-6th), 066. 2) KRY Central Committee formed a task force to initiate dialogue with 12 linguistic groups who want to register as separate indigenous groups than Rais in Nepal. 3) KRY 7th General Assembly (Satau Sadharan Sabha) to be held on Kartik 21-23, 066 ( 7-9 November) in Kathmandu. 4) More support to be provided Bhojpur, Khotang and Udaypur district committees for campaign on Kirat Autonomous Region.Tuwachung Jayajum Financial Committee !.
